Project Description

“I am that merry wanderer of the night….”

WRITTEN BY WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE | DIRECTED BY KYLER TAUSTIN

Brown Box Theatre Project presents a magical interpretation of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream as its Third Annual Free Shakespeare! Bring your beach chair or blanket and journey with us into the forest to explore the mysticism of happiness as the lovers and mechanicals of Athens stumble into the kingdom of feuding fairies and mischievous sprites.

Marking the 3rd Annual Free Shakespeare at the Beach, A Midsummer Night’s Dream will be our largest production to date. Including two weekends of performances in the Boston area, followed by 3 weeks of tours all over Maryland and Delaware, A Midsummer Night’s Dream will provide free access to Shakespeare’s most beloved comedy.
